MEET THE TEAM

Katlego, Lead Instructor

Katlego is a certified pole dance instructor and movement practitioner with a deep love for strength-based training and embodied movement. She began her pole and movement journey in her 30s — a reminder that there is no such thing as “too late” when it comes to strength, confidence, and embodied practice.
